The four elements of the new order are:
1.       Failing to pick up after your dog – fouling.
2.       Put dog on lead by order of an authorised officer of the Council. If officer considers dog out of control.
3.       Exclusion – dogs excluded from enclosed play areas and marked sports pitches.
4.       Means to pick up – persons in charge of a dog must be able to produce the means they will use to remove their dogs fouling if requested by an authorised officer.

The fine is £100 (£60 for early payment).
